Hours advertised 0830-1830, but after Phoning was told Wednesday was a training day!! Training what? How to answer phones? 4th May Reported at the prearrange time. Told there were no bookings (even though I had the appointment card from the nurse in my hand). Told the appointment was cancelled till the 9th May. No receptionist or other person had the Brain power to ttell me in advance. Another wasted trip. New date is incovenient but they can't arrange another appointment for a further 10days. This despite the injection being date sensitive. What a shambles!!

Received a text to advise a referral letter was ready to be collected only to find out the surgery is closed for training, however on your website it says you are open, and no mention in the text mesage that you would be closed this afternoon so a completely wasted trip! Not happy as i will have to make another trip tomorrow to collect.

I used the ask my gp service and within 30 minutes my daughter was booked in for an on the day appointment. The doctor that she saw was outstanding and made us both feel at ease. Appointment date 27.03.23 11:15am Thank you to the doctor that we saw.

Very hard to speak to anyone, unreliable appointment booking experience, often running late. Receptionists are unfriendly. Used to be a better practise than it is now.

Terrible service. Rude reception staff No care in community Would not recommend The surgery is set in the 60s Don't bother going here
