We have always been able to get an appointment to see a doctor within a couple of days and been given the necessary time with the doctor rather than feeling rushed out after 5 minutes.
Yes the receptionists can sometimes come across as detached at times, but have to say our overall experience is far better than many of our friends who are registered with other surgeries.
