        By far the WORST customer service Ive ever had from any organisation. every time I call up its a minimum half an hour on hold. Doctor constantly reminds me I only have 8 minutes and gets annoyed if I present more than one symptom. doctor was asking me to present my Google results as an aid.

        The appointments can often be a bit late but all members of staff that I've encountered have been polite and helpful. All GPs that I've seen have come across as sincere and have taken their time to listen.

        I can not fault this surgery under such demanding times. I can always see or speak to someone and I just wish all gp surgerys could perform like this.
