        What a shame. Had to return an item in good faith within the returns policy. A month later and we're STILL waiting for our money back, and emails are now being ignored. Escalated to Paypal for them to deal with. First and last experience with this company.

        This little gem of a shop is absolutely perfect, the owners are so friendly, helpful and really understanding. It's only been open a while but the community spirit is so strong that they feel like they have been here in Ipswich forever! I can't wait to pop in again for a chat and to see the new arrivals!
