Ipswich Dentist in Town Centre, 24 Hour Emergency - Tooth Club

As the surgery know I missed an appointment but day before I tried calling them numerous of times and was always cut off - this is due to me having covid - and with such vulnerable patients I was being responsible and didnt want to risk anything. Again tried calling on the day with still no luck - yet theyre quick enough to snap you up if youre paying privately.

I am a private patient of the Ipswich branch and from the moment I signed on the dotted line and handed my large amount of money over the service provided has been appalling. Avoid this place at all costs, I wish Id read the reviews prior to having treatment with this dentist as they couldnt be truer! They dont deal with complaints, just brushed under the carpet and excuses made. The reception staff tarnish this place - rude, incapable and unprofessional. When I first enquired with toothclub Ipswich, they had an amazing treatment coordinator Tara, she was helpful, accommodating and attentive to patients needs. Unfortunately Tara became absent from the practice very soon into my treatment journey - nobody bothered to follow up or take over, I was told to wait for an email which never came and it took me to make phone-call after phone-call to get anywhere. Toni eventually took over my case and at first was helpful but I soon realised she in-fact, wasnt and was full of false promises and excuse after excuse. The reception staff are rude and incapable, they really let this place down as my dentist is great! Every time I go in I am asked to pay when Ive paid already, they cancel and move appointments around as they feel like - sometimes they tell you, sometimes they dont. I had appointment with a hygienist which was cancelled as the hygienist left but I wasnt told of this until I asked to change the date and found out theyd left! I was promised to be booked in again but wasnt until I complained for the 2nd or 3rd time. My partner had also paid for treatment but they never followed up with him either, so due to that he got a full refund and has gone elsewhere! I asked to move branch and speak to a manager above Toni and have been passed around the houses and directed back to Toni, and I have been declined to move branches! They have no care and no professionalism! Go elsewhere! After making a complaint to Toni, who didnt deal with it professionally, I escalated my complaint to her manager who quite frankly didnt want to know. Eventually I escalated to the manager above, Tracey, who has been the ONLY understanding and helpful member of non clinical staff however following my complaint of the mistreatment I was blocked on the toothclub social media so it seems, when you speak up they target you personally. I have been told this is unexplainable strange coincidence dont you think! I have been offered financial compensation for the mistreatment at the Ipswich branch of toothclub but unfortunately to obtain this refund Ive been pushed back to deal with Toni the refund was processed over the phone and I was told Id receive this instantly, a day later I was told there would be a slight delay because of the change over they had of card machines, 3 days later it still hasnt appeared and Im told its because I gave them details of American Express I did not, I dont have American Express - it was a visa debit! Then passed to another member of staff who reprocesses and tells me it will be in my account by close of play.. still nothing! This branch is hugely let down by its front of house staff thank goodness by dentist there is great! I will continue my treatment as Ive paid over 3k but I will NEVER recommend this practice as they treat you like you dont matter!

Started my Invisalign treatment last year and blown away by the results. Just finished off my dental treatment with composite bonding with Dr Nik. Would highly recommend. Had an appointment on Sunday. service was ok but wasnt particularly impressed that about 4 members of staff kept casually walking in whilst I was being seen to talk to nurse and get things from the room. I had no apology when entering either doors should be locked when seeing patients so unprofessional
