Came to this practice due to an emergency, I had booked in for a tooth extraction and implant, the service I had received was not up to expectations as per these reviews, both the nurse and receptionist were quite rude and they seem to care more about getting paid than actually providing a good service and level of care, this was reflected when payal had bribed me with a discount for leaving a good review which is very unprofessional, please do not fall for the good reviews you see as it is uncertain whether they had been offered and accepted the same bribe.

Very Poor. I went in the tooth ache in 2 teeth on the lower jaw. Dentist did x ray and then proceeded to give me a filling into a tooth that I was NOT there for. Didn't tell me it was another tooth until I realised when she started drilling. Then proceeded to tell me it was only a temporary filling and it will won't last very long. WHY was I not given the option for a permanent one? I've since been in constant pain with the tooth I had never had any issues with. I am assuming now the filling has fallen out as I am now in agony. It feels like the tooth is split. So I was forced to pay out nearly 300 for work I didn't even ask for or agree to.
