Eee by gum!! Would of given zero stars if I had the option. This place is a complete and utter joke!! They are more concerned About getting place refurbished rather than giving people appointments. Most of the stuff they tell you is like my teeth....False!

Appalling; The dentist couldnt cope with the complexity of my dental condition and just referred on to a periodontist so I referred myself. Then on cancelling monies paid for a future appointment they made a debit rather than a credit on my card.

Have been told my appointment has been "postponed with no opportunity to rebook" only after I rang to check the time of my appointment next week. I realise there's a problem but that's poor service. My wife got it right, she moved to Wickham some time ago and they got in touch with her to book an appointment and she's had good service.

The worst dentist I've come across. no compassion rude misinformed staff . Money grabbers at best. Should be struck off !!! Oh and i AM private. However they WILL NOT be getting a penny from me .

Have been with this practice over 15 years. Lost a filling in October , made an appointment - for January as at that stage I wasn't in pain. Attended the appointment in January, the tooth was not filled , only xrays taken and follow up appointment for a filing made for March.The tooth has now broken completely and I am told there is nothing that can be done - either as an emergency appointment and no other available dentist to make an appointment with. If I wish to go private the first available appointment is the 22nd of March. So I shall probably lose the tooth . I would also like to enquire why the tooth was not filled in January . Lost for words at the lack of care and possible advice.
