OUTSTANDING Service in all respects. After struggling with the 111 Service for my son, I called the practice for an emergency appointment and they fitted me in the very same day. Both my children have been registered at the practice for several years and I have always been very impressed at the exceptional level of care and professionalism shown. Dr Neville is, I believe, worthy of particular praise. Apart from her outstanding dental expertise, she has a very calming manner with nervous children and their concerned parents. Following an accident, she repaired my sons damaged tooth and even removed the nerve without any pain or discomfort. Thanks to her, neither of my children will grow harbouring any fear of dentists. Visited when in acute pain after tooth crumbled eating. Staff were very friendly, and was seen in good time. I haven't liked the dentist since I was a young child, but the receptionist, nurse and dentist worked together to set me at ease. If I am ever get tooth pain again, I know where I will go - but hopefully that won't be necessary for a long time!
