I rang today to ask about the online banking it's been down for days and as to when it will be fixed. The answer is no idea. I said it's ridiculous as it's a banking service and an answer on a timeliness of fixing would be good. Asked to make a complaint was told to write to CEO. When I got frustrated I was told by a gentleman (loose term) on phone put it in writing and while I was at it complain about him as "he wasn't interested in listening to me either". Nice real good customer service. Normally such lovely people.
