        Message says I missed call. Driver never rang doorbell so how do I know he is trying to deliver my urgent delivery. Really annoyed.

        Normally DPD is very good but today having paid 8 for DPD delivery because of uncertainty of Royal Mail it is so frustrating to get a text saying the driver tried to deliver and I wasn't in when I was! Apparently my parcel has now gone to a pick up point a couple of miles away. The driver did not attempt to deliver, no card left anywhere. I realise its a busy time of year but there is no need to tell lies! Won't be using DPD now until at least the middle of next January when hopefully the usual driver will be bck. Shame on you DPD driver Shane and thank you to the lady at Enfield who was sympatheitc when I called the depot..

        I waited in for my parcel only to get a text to say it was not delivered. When I looked at the photo it wasn't even my address. Your drivers clearly don't know what they are doing. If I could give you zero I would
