        Paid for next day delivery, two days later still waiting. Eventually got through on the phone only to be told delivery driver quit so now will only be delivered on monday! Tried to then arrange to pick it up myself only to be told, sorry, won't be able to find it on the floor.. Pathetic service! Will never use them again!

        I would trust Kate and Gerry McCann with my kids more than I trust these guys to deliver a parcel on time ! No contact to let me know they wouldnt be turning up

        Absolute terrible service! After paying next day service I didnt get my parcel next day. When it did go out for delivery expect the driver to not bother knocking on the door. I called the depot who answer after many times of calling up to be greeted or shall I say not greeted by someone who more than likely didnt want to be there. I ask why the driver hadnt knocked and if he could actually come back as I was in. I was told well he isnt going back as he has 100 stops on the route (even though they didnt ask for the con number so didnt actually know what area I was calling from) and that they are short staffed. Well from the service I received I can see why they are short staffed. After this phone call it took another week to get my parcel too me. Well done Rapid dispatch only a bit late hay!
