        Excellent service from your courier Phil. Missed him by a few minutes because the Web site had shown delivery for Monday 24th. Managed to find no. and phone him and he redelivered my parcel about 10 minutes later Saturday 22nd. My plants are now happily in the garden. Thanks

        So after a delivery driver refuses to put a very small parcel through my door or leave it in a safe space, she then takes it on herself to take my parcel home and get me to call her to meet up? Urm, no, thats definitely not something Im going to do. Deliver my parcel or take it to a local drop off point, I refuse to meet up with a stranger at their place to collect MY parcel.
