        TERRIBLE! They are so incompetent that I have no idea how they survive. I emailed for a quote on a Tues. As I had not heard from them I followed it up with a phone call on the Friday. I was told that it would be with me shortly after the phonecall. I did not. Then I followed up again with a phonecall on Monday and was told it would be with me shortly. Now it is Wed and it has still not arrived. I have dealt with perhaps 20 different branches of Mailboxes over the years in the UK and France and I don't think I have dealt with a location with such poor service!

        Wouldn't recommend. Cancelled my subscription back in July however further payments have been taken from my account. I cannot cancel with the bank as it's not via Direct Debit and I cannot get through to anybody in Ipswich branch as calls are constantly diverted to Colchester (who seem more helpful).
