        6 months I've been waiting for the council to replace the substructure in my kitchen , my floor is dangerous

        Block of 9 flats been without any form of heating for past two weeks. No updates given on what is happening. On phone for an hour trying to get through, myself and neighbours on daily basis. Emails not replied to. Arron Heating not turning up when supposed to and Council really do not care about us. Weather now turning colder and only 16 degrees in flats currently.

        Pay taxes through my a**e and you can't collect a bin because its a little heavy or the lid isn't quite shut. Pathetic.

        Babergh Council is an incredibly unprofessional entity. Those in senior positions especially within the business rates department are inexperienced and poorly trained in customer service. Looking at other reviews validates a huge cause for concern.
