        I use to live in the area covered by this council, and when I moved they sent me a threatening letter as they reckoned I owed 5 council tax, the letter went on how they could and would use legal methods to recover the money if not paid within a certain time period, they sent another letter amending the first letter they reckoned they owed me 6.90, bear in mind the first letter of contact that went straight to legal threats. Fast forward to this year and I was dealing with my deceased Mothers estate and as she lived in their district I had a letter from them stating they owed her over 200 which even after contacting them they took a leisurely month to pay back, imagine the interest if the pull that stunt on every deceased person. Robber Barons.
