        I can't comment on other services/practises from this council but what I can say is the state of the roads in Suffolk, particularly North Suffolk are shameful. Yes, there are potholes everywhere but they do eventually get fixed in Norfolk, in Suffolk they don't, same with gritting, they're just not as good as Norfolk. Nothing to do with which political party is in power, it has always been rubbish and probably always will be. Update Jan 2023: There are two very bad potholes on the A140 near brockford street and have not been fixed after a month, these are dangerous and it is absurd that they still haven't been fixed on one of the counties most important roads.

        Impossible to contact anyone not very computer savy and was told I had to wait 1 hour at least to get a human.not good

        Very poor service, broke several SEND Laws, despite constant apologies for poor communication and service it just continues.

        The service for children with SEND is terriable. Emails remain unanswered/legal timescales broken/children left with no provision.
