        When I was desperately searching for a house for renting in Ipswich to bring my family , Sachin ( Sai estate agents) rented me one house in kesgrave. He is an amazing person and when ever there is any problem he will sort it out as soon as possible.I never had any difficulties by choosing him as my landlord. I always recommend Sai estate agents.

        I would not recommend SAI Estates to anybody, Sachin at SAI took on the responsibility of managing my apartment on Martlesham Heath, over the past 3 years he has received the rent from the tenant and kept his commission, paying me the balance. But he has failed to pay me the last payment, which I know the tenant has transferred to him. In the 3 years, he did not inspect the property once and he did not make sure the tenant transferred the utilities to his name. He knows I live abroad and probably assumes I cannot make a claim through the small claims court, but somehow I will make sure I get my money. He has never provided me with an invoice for his services. I can only say, dont trust Sachin from SAI with your property, or to collect the rent and pay you. Sally
