The staff at the head office in Ipswich are very pleasant. I could not get in touch with recruitment though. Universal credit claimants that sign at Alfreton, Chesterfield, Heanor and long eaton are pestering claimants to contact vertas but they never answer. There is a part time position in Heanor library on Indeed. It hasnt been removed.

Personally I haven't had much problems with them, however I think strong action is needed on the managerial level. We've lost members of staff due to how staff are being treated by managers. Just recently a regional manager paid a visit to our workplace and was quite nasty to two members of staff. One has left permanently, the other intends to leave as soon as possible and she won't be coming back either. I've tried very hard to keep her onboard but the higher ups seem to want to cause staffing issues. We've been badly understaffed for months, but instead of trying to keep their current staff...they seem hellbent on chasing us all off. Even I have been applying for other jobs and getting ready to jump ship. I'd rather stay where I am, but it seems the manager wants to lose all the staff.

Do NOT ever work for this company, they are not genuine or honest people and they never tell the truth about work positions and what the job roles are and they are definitely not telling the truth about work hours and payments. Luckily I didn't start with them because of how badly I was treated in the application process, plus they were not honest with the job roles and other important information. And the bad reviews sort of back up what I have experienced. Avoid at all costs
