Rude staff member. Bring up information on my phone to show him, he didn't hear me through my mask when I said "one moment". Moved to another till and served the customer behind me, and complained about me to the other customer. I said to him I was bring up the information for you. He got super RUDE, so I left. There are plenty more shops in the area. Will never use that shop again.

Terrible service, after paying for a local UPS service drop-off - the cashier lied about the service and made obvious false excuses to me and other clients. Turns out she left her handset off charge and too blind to offer to plug it in. Horrendously poor standard. Avoid at all costs. Your money is worth more.

Had to use the UPS drop of service yesterday and when I got there and put my parcel on the counter I was informed it was too heavy for them to take. I pointed out that they are a UPS drop of point and it doesn't mention parcels have to be under a particular weight to leave it with them. The young man working was not willing to change his response and I asked to speak to a manager and he said I would need to return after 11 to speak with him which I was unable to do. This is actually the second time the exact same thing has happened in the same location. Either they are a drop of point or not. Poor service. If I could give a zero star review I would.
