Very disappointing, to put it mildly. Took my ASD teen here for talking therapy. Annie was 15 minutes late, with no apology, leaving an already anxious child, even more anxious. Once the appointment began, I went and waited outside. In the appointment, she said she could help, yet gave no help. She finished the session with a full 20 minutes of time left. And more worryingly, let my child leave on their own to walk the streets trying to find me (I was going to go back in to collect them at the end). Was recommended to go here, but can only imagine it's because its the only ASD service in Ipswich.

They are so understanding and friendly, I wish I had called earlier. They really listen and I felt like they understood what I was going through better than I did within minutes. There's no contract or financial commitment its like a pick n mix help service where you just ask for what you need when you need it, or explain a concern or issue you have and can receive support and advice to your needs and budget. In my experience they have always had all the answers or know how to get them. Such a friendly and supportive team, that seem so experienced and able to help even if you're not sure exactly what help you need yourself.

Annie has been very helpful and her recommendations and explanations for why I am feeling the way I feel have been very beneficial to me. I couldn't recommend her team enough.
