Planning Direct

We moved to a Grade II property and we built a rather large shed. We believed that we did not require planning consent however we were wrong! We also wanted to change the main side gate and repair the fencing. As soon as we started dealing with both the planning officer and the heritage officer we soon realised that we were out of our depth. Thankfully we contacted Planning Nikki took on our case. Whilst it still took time we got a positive result on everything so we are delighted. Nikki was patient and professional throughout and we are extremely grateful.

I do not normally provide my feedback as a client of a service provider when I have not carried out a thorough and wide ranging service review of the provider as a Chartered Accountant, a Specialist Member of the international Institute of Risk Management and a 2 term Member of its Audit & Risk Committee and also an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors for my services to that discipline. However, my personal experience of the service I received from Planning Direct and its staff was exemplary in terms of client centricity, acute technical abilities, professionalism, response time and financial fairness in the provision of its services to me. I will have no hesitation in personally commissioning their services again when needed, without my obtaining comparative quotes .

Andrew and Lisa provided us with outstanding support throughout our project - being involved in the detailed planning, procurement and on-site implementation. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done in re-designing a large, high profile community space which even caught the attention of the local media!
