We only had Graeme come in once. He was nice and seemed professional and helpful. A couple of months later one of our computers starting getting problems and we called him to see if he could pop in and take a look. he said he would pop in on a monday or tuesday. hadn't heard from him or seen him so my colleague tried to call him 3 times and then emailed him. We were then met with an email saying that he can not make the appointment as last time we paid him late by just over a month and it doesn't look good to start with.. He said that the invoice had the payment terms on it. Which is fair enough, but if he had any problem he could have called. Our accounts lady usually pays every month and we have never had an issue with that. I would understand if we were a regular customer of 2 years or so. But one time.. I never usually give reviews like this but we did not expect to be cut off. Also he has said he chased us numerous times but i know that is a lie because if he did chase us then my accounts lady would have paid. When I emailed him to tell him it is a bit out of order to cut us off like that he said he wasn't arguing anymore and seemed a little unprofessional. I wasn't arguing. I was stating that it seemed out of order to cut us off when we didn't even know the problem. He can reply to this review and say that he chased us. And he can say what he likes. But i know my accounts lady. She pays monthly and if anyone needs it earlier she will pay.

I rang this guy to book a repair. He picked up the phone but didn't speak, I could hear he was having a conversation with someone in the room. So I waited patiently.... then he just hung up! "No excuse me", or "can you hold" , or even "can I ring you back". Just the sound of him talking in the background and a click as he hung up without a word being said. How rude!

Laptop given to Graeme at 9:30am to be 'sorted out' - job done and dusted by 12 noon same day. Speedy, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We're just about to try our new laptop and Windows 10 for the first time. As self-confessed computer dummies we rely on Simon and Graeme to recommend hardware and software, and then to take us painstakingly and patiently through how to use and make the most of it.I can't praise Stour Computers highly enough - and they are very reasonable, and very good value too - and so nice!
