Went for a coffee today in martlesham near ipswich, i was bursting for the toilet and both the toilets were out of order so not ideal at all, hopefully they will get them fixed very soon. Parking: Toilets not working

The staff in here are very rude, do not make any effort to assist with the menu options despite asking. One of them stares blankly at you as she whispers in to the headset smirking. Expensive, rude staff, not what I have come to expect from costa coffee. Perhaps have the serving staff retrained in customer service.

Great coffee. Full price for two mouthfuls of a lemon drizzle, no bigger than 8mm. Not very satisfying. A bit disappointing. Dont go for lemon drizzle. Very mean portions!
