Parking: They have on site parking that has always had space when I have gone. If you are going to stay for a longer time there is a pad just in the front door. All you have to do is input your registration and your covered for free if say you were going to be there for a few hours.
Wheelchair accessibility: Most times I have been there is someone with a wheelchair. The staff happily take the order and bring it to their table.
