Have been a gold card holder for nearly 10 years. Visited here on two occasions now and have found it takes 45 minutes to get served a drink when sitting in - the drive thru seems to be very busy but the workers are blatantly overwhelmed and understaffed! Even heard two talk about striking.
Other stores are running on double the capacity of workers you have. Stop operating your store on a skeleton crew and get hiring!
