Christ Church is an impressively sized, neo-gothic church sited in the town centre, along Tacket Street. It's not as old as it appears & isn't one of the town centre, medieval churches. Christ Church is a large building with some very ornate stonework & tracery windows, including a strikingly large, stained glass rose design. There's something of a grassy churchyard with a few trees, but its central Ipswich location does encroach upon its sense of seclusion, (located adjacent to St. Pancras...)
