I purchased a clutch master cylinder from them several weeks ago it was a used part but as stated on the information they provided it had been tested and was in good working order.. I was also encouraged by their warranty offer in such case the part was faulty they would accept a return and send a replacement part.(within a given timeframe.30 days) Unfortunately when I received the part and tested it it was not operating correctly producing very little pressure. So I emailed them and sent a video of the part to show the problem After a week or so with no response I sent another email asking for some feedback on the issue A few days later I received an email saying that due to staff shortages they had not been able to get back to me sooner regarding the situation They asked me if I had fitted the part to my vehicle or just conducted a bench test. I told them that fitting the part to the car would not result in any improvement of operation and only be a waste of time and effort I have received no other correspondence from them since I have sent several emails asking for their cooperation in resolving this matter but have had no response My car has been off the road for over a month because of this matter and subsequently the warranty period has expired The part was not expensive but that is not my major concern although it could have been a more valuable item that I was out of pocket for The fact of the matter is that they have left me with an unusable vehicle and not even had the decency to respond to my enquiries As for the lame excuse of the lack of staff due to illness they seem to have enough employees to handle testing and sending out parts to people and banking their payments So all in all I would say their customer service is of no service to the customer whatsoever The only reason I have given them a one star rating is that it will not allow me to post this message without any stars at all
