Done a very detailed, comprehensive survey, with plenty of pictures of the issues found and of the house and garage roof using a pole camera. Survey was carried out at the arranged time and received the results promptly via email. I paid by cheque up front and the survey was carried out shortly afterwards. I used the survey to negotiate a price reduction on the property, so it was worthwhile and observations highlighted such as evidence of condensation in the loft during frosty weather have proved correct. There was good advice regarding the structure, materials used and improvements that could be made. A year on from the survey and only one problem (roof felt leak near rafter end) has recently come to light which most likely developed after the survey was carried out. Overall a thorough report which spotted and highlighted things which I never would have noticed or thought of.
