G M Taylor Independent Funeral Directors

After losing my dad suddenly 3 days ago, we contacted this funeral director after being recommended him, however the customer service we received on the very first phone call was very poor, it lacked any sort of compassion and empathy, he hurriedly booked us an appointment for the next day, and rushed us off the phone as he said he was busy in the middle of another funeral. It is safe to say we cancelled this appointment and certainly wont be recommending them to any one in the future

The care and compassion shown was incredible, I recommend anyone to use this service .my late brother Micheal last had a beautiful send off . Very respectful and kind couldnt have asked for better thank you so much gregg

Today my sons casket was returned with an incorrect spelling of his name. Devastated does not come close to pain this caused. The man at Queensway is insisting that I made the mistake! And he will not rectify it without further cost I would like to point out that having been correcting the spelling for 30 years I know I informed him of the correct spelling. He has made an error and is now saying I made the mistake. I am devastated by the lack of respect shown to a dead man and his grieving family

A fantastic service for my mum totally professional from day one of booking funeral plan to dropping us back to our homes after service could not ask for a better service mum would of been so happy. When its my time to leave I will be asking G M TAYLOR for there services 100% ....
