Waves Car Wash (Tesco Martlesham Extra)

I drove there on a Friday to get my car washed. It said online it closed at 17.30 and the signs said it closed at 17.30 but I arrive there at 17.00 and they are packing away and refused to do my car. Total waste of time, I wont be back.

Utter joke, have a price list on the door then fabricate some random price out of thin air anyway. Just wanted the cab of my van cleaned and they tried to charge me more than the price of their most expensive full in/out clean of a car and even then had to get the guy back because he missed the specific thing I asked him to clean. Genuinely surprised tesco has anything to do with them because they're taking the tax evading p1ss.

18 pound for a wash which is extremely overpriced and 20 pounds for wash and wax which you can get for 11 pounds

Had our car washed at the Martlesham waves. Very disappointed . The front grill of the car had not seen any water and the passenger side window was still dirty. The sills had mud on and the door shuts had not been cleaned. For 14.00 we expected more. We have used the hand car wash at the Clacton on sea Waves and it was very good. Sadly will not be using Martlesham again.
