We collected our new Suzuki Vitara today from John Banks.We traded in our old car and received a fair price. Helena was absolutely marvellous, she helped us through all the paperwork, and showed us how to operate the satnav and all the gizmos,it couldn't have been easier. I dont think Ive ever experienced customer service quite like that which I have received from John Banks Group. From my very first point of contact, with the amazing Helena Saunders, through my many questions & emails, they have been absolutely first rate. Helpful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable, I really cannot fault the level of service I received, it is a rare thing these days. Such a refreshing change to deal with a company who genuinely care about the service they give, everything has been absolutely spot on. Lastly, a big shout out to Jules who delivered our Suzuki Vitara for us, travelling in vile weather from Suffolk to Devon, he was also fantastic, kept us informed a few times of his ETA en route, was really friendly and courteous, answered our questions on delivery, a really nice chap, thank you. When I am next looking for a new car, John Banks Group will without doubt be my first port of call, your staff are an absolute credit to you. Oh, and the car is fabulous too!
