I would like to say my review was about the Kia Dealer and NOT the Marshall Vauxhall dealer.I am not sure how it got linked to them and I can only apologise the two times I have gone to them was to buy parts I only recieved good customer service from them Thank You

If I could rate it zero I would. Liars, liars. Completed work on my car, found numerous dangerous faults in their free health check. Failed to actually report them to me nor provide health check sheet when I collected the car. Left me driving a dangerous vehicle. Neither service manager, sales manager or general manager admitted fault but instead called me a liar, general manager tried to bribe me with 100 so I wouldn't take it further. Currently I am dealing with the matter at Vauxhall Head Office before the Motoring Ombudsman.

Lasdy that dealt with my car issues was great. Disappointed my car came back dirtier than it was when I dropped it off though.
