Absolutely outstanding service. We bought a Honda Civic I-Vtec from Vision prestige 6 years ago. The car has been fantastic with no issues and such a joy to drive. I will be sad to see it go but its time for an upgrade, Kevin has been so helpful with his excellent knowledge of cars he has gone out of his way to assist us with our purchase. I would give 10 stars if I could highly recommended to all. Thankyou for your help and assistance.

Excellent car, superb service, I can't speak highly enough of the time, advice and help Kevin gave us. We have never dealt with anyone better. I suggest that you talk to Kevin before looking elsewhere. When we are looking again, Vision Prestige will be where we go to.

BEST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, EVER! I dont normally have time to write reviews and have been waiting for a chance to write a review about Vision Prestige car sales, in particular, about the owner Kevin. My old car packed up and so needed a replacement. It was just before Christmas last year and with a budget of about 5000 I searched on auto-trader within a radius of about 30miles (I live in Loughton, Essex) but couldnt find anything that fitted all our requirements. I decided to expand much further afield and came across a lovely looking golf estate at Vision Prestige. From the first phone call with Kevin he blew me away with his amazing customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Any question I had he answered brilliantly and most important he was honest and upfront right from the beginning. I was going to take my old car to the scrapyard but he said he would dispose of it for me which was another added bonus/relief. The car I bought from Kevin was in immaculate condition inside and out. The whole process of buying was professional and efficient. It was clear from the beginning and with every interaction I had with Kevin that the happiness of the customer was more important to him than anything. This is very rare to come across in this day and age so it was well worth that extra drive outside my local area to purchase this car. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as stress free as possible and provided with me with a lovely reliable family car. Thanks Kevin. Vision Prestige will always be my first place to look when ever buying a used car in the future.
