They failed to MOT it before I came to collect as they had been short on staff. Rather than phone and ask for another week they offered it to book it in the next week.
Just collected it today after MOT had been completed. It passed but with several advisories including 2 perished rear tyres! They did nothing about this as the car is still 'legal'.
So be warned - they will sell you a used car with advisories as standard! Sales guy Chris was great but their service is otherwise an embarrassment.
