When purchasing my new car I part exchanged my fiesta and the dealership said don't worry we will sort the tax out. They didn't and I have now paid 3 months for tax on a car I do not own. I was told the car had been fully serviced which was a lie as the engine light is on and needs servicing. Tried to get hold of the company and no one would answer. I was then told he is away and someone would contact me to get it sorted and no one did. This went on for about 3 weeks for him to then tell me I need to contact the warranty provider. Which I wouldnt have to be doing if the car was actually serviced. Not impressed at all if rather have my fiesta back. So if you want a car that causes issue after issue then by all means go to this place.

UPDATE!!!! car all returned as dealer was not willing to pay for repairs, fiance company told us dealer claimed mileage allowance so we lost 5 months of installments due to the dealer claiming for mileage even though it was the dealer who wanted the car back and not us! Be very careful with this dealership Bought a vehicle from luxe cars back in August and was given 6 months warranty which was great, good customer service to begin with, the next day we had a light come on the dash to which luxe cars said they'll get sorted unfortunately after around another 6 times of the same issue happening and back and forth with the vehicle and knowing there was a error with gearbox luxe cars wouldn't believe me and was adamant there was nothing wrong with the gearbox. the engine management light came on I got diagnostic done at my local garage which showed two faults with the gearbox these were sent to the dealer and the dealer said give car back and will refund you. We didn't want to return the vehicle as it was perfect size for us but the problem was warranty couldn't cover this as it was the same issue we had from the second day of having the vehicle and it was up to luxe cars to sort within the first 30 days but unfortunately they would rather pay the finance off then repair the vehicle, horrible experience and appalling customer service do not buy from this garage.
