        Bought a bmw from here and had nothing but trouble with it. Same fault every time and after the 3 month warranty ran out they didnt want to know. The problem was never fixed. Car returned with wheel nut missing. Rude arrogant staff. Avoid buying from here. And still no contact. I now have a car that is usless. Do not buy from here.

        No customer service at all, once you buy.. bye bye! They say they give warranty.. and do not forward details onto their warranty company... There are so many better dealers in Ipswich. Best avoid!
