        Ordered a celebration cake for my wedding back in February, then reconfirmed everything in July, including the type of cake, pick up time/date, and location. I assumed, as everything had been confirmed, that the cake would be ready. Turned up to collect the cake and it hadn't been put in the calendar. Rachel then tried to blame me for not following up again, even though I had checked twice that it was scheduled in. Absolute joke. Don't waste your time.

        I ordered a custom design based on one of Rachel's stock images for my wife's 50th birthday. When I collected the cake I was so pleased with how it turned out. The colours were sharp and the detail amazing, added to which it tasted delicious. Everyone who saw the cake commented on the quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachels Cakes.
