Poor, large queue because of no change for the person at the front. Kept blaming the owner gone to the toilet

There was 2 people serving yesterday and one of the ladies was quite rude in my opinion as she asked my aunty to read a different menu when she was reading the one next to the till the lady said can you read a different one because this one is mine for the till There was no other menu close by apart from the one in my hand but she didnt realise we were together until she served me. This really annoyed me as it was quite rude and then 2 of our paninis come out and they had forgotten to do the 3rd one for my cousin. The other lady was also quite rude when a gentleman walked in and asked for some help. Her reply was Im just busy at the moment So maybe theyd had a bad morning but its not good to take it out on paying customers that are being polite themselves!

We went 45mins before closing as it was the only place on the park open. The lady behind the counter was moaning the whole time she was serving the person in front. She wouldn't let the lady drink in as she'd closed the seating area, they asked if it was OK to sit at the outside table and told no it was closed as it was closing time and was told to go sit on the benches in the park. During this exchange another person and a family joined the queue and the lady behind the counter was moaning loudly about everyone turning up and it was closing time and she doesn't get paid over time to work late. If she worked quicker and moaned less the queue would have gone down quickly. I won't be visiting the cafe again if she's behind the till. Hopefully the kiosk in the play area will be open next time. You don't expect such moaning and the seating are closed 45mins before the cafe closes on a warm summers day.

Reasonable price. However- both of the servers were incredibly rude. They were complaining how they wanted to go home (an hour before they were going to close) And created an incredibly cold atmosphere. Huffed at me when I asked for an iced coffee. Wouldnt recommend at all.

I went here yesterday with my son and several other parents and children to buy some ice cream and coffee. The European lady in her 50s was very rude and not suited to working in the hospitality sector. My 5yr old son requested ice cream and she was very impatient with him and said she couldnt understand him and ignored him. I reluctantly ordered 5 ice creams and a takeaway coffee. While we waited we sat at an area while we waited. The place was empty. She eventually gave me my coffee but it took a while for the ice cream. However we were asked to leave as the seated areas were not for takeaway items of which she was referring to my coffee I believe. I asked her where she would like us to wait as there wasnt any space to stand and we would have been in the way of the two queuing customers behind us. She ignored me. I felt sorry for the young girl working there under this miserable woman as she was very nice natured and thankfully not tainted by this ladys bitterness. On the way to the playground I noticed another ice cream hut by the entrance of the playground which I will try next time as I will not be returning here. I hope the management see this review and provide training to this lady on how to treat paying customers.
