        Slowest service - wait 20 minutes to ORDER a cup of coffee. Go to the hospital often so have little choice!! They have a capture audience so not really concerned as tge manager is non chalant. Have seen her come up to the coffee machine make herself coffee and not bother with clients. This week their COSTA coffee machine was broken.
