I work there, but yes it is improving its services, which, considering the last 2 years since Covid-19, has still been providing a bus service 7 days a week.

They don't give you any reply to emails asking for refunds. I sent a detailed email about 2 years ago explaining the lack of professionalism from a bus driver who magically seemed to "forget" what ticket I actually bought (transfer, he gave me a single) TWO stops before my last stop on Norwich Road. A pathetic response he gave "oh I can't remember" and he just expected me to get off the bus there and then after I politely questioned it. You try to support these people who probably get absolute abuse from some in the general public but it's hard to respect them after giving ounces of kindness to them without receiving any kindness in return, I would say it's no wonder they invite abuse from nasty people with standoffish attitudes like this. Never stepped on a bus again after that.

I wait for number 6 busses going in to town and back again and I must say very slow service 2 on the hour and the drivers never look happy
