        Short staffed, long queues and staff have a lack of knowledge and really don't care about the customer......... wouldn't recommend, won't go there again. Avoid at all cost.

        Appalling customer service! Tried to buy a Wickes own brand 4-piece trowel set (clearly marked as such on the box). Cashier said it should only have three trowels (therefore implying that I had added one) and insisted on checking on the computer, which of course confirmed that it was 4-piece, as marked on the box!
