        Got a bike from here in January. Had a couple of issues with the bike and they happily fixed them for me for free. They only charged me for brake pads that id worn down and gave me advise on how to look after my bike better going forward which I found very helpful.

        Really horrible experience. rude, arrogant and very reluctant to actually help. My advice would be to avoid there are far better bike shops in town that would be happy to help.

        They got my parts wrong, so had to return to exchange for correct parts. No apology at all. Grumpy and offish staff. Especially Chris. Avoid if you like good service with a smile...!
