Belfast Beds

Absolutely dissatisfied with the incompetent company and its unresponsive management. I purchased a 800 double mattress back on August. It was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 weeks but it was only delivered on the 6th week. A month after receiving the mattress, I realised that the topper lost all firmness and shape. We addressed the matter face to face in Ipswich shop and via email. The company took 5 weeks to come home and see the mattress. I am still awaiting for their report. Its been 4 months. Traders are responsible for making sure that the products they offer and sell to consumers are accurately described and displayed, my mattress consistency has never looked like the one displayed in the shop. Trading standards should be aware of their inconsistency. I have also read some of the other reviews in trust pilot and its surprising that most of them reward a good customer service but not a purchase.

i got a bed from them after looking in the showroom in Ipswich and found one i liked it was soft and you sank into it it was perfect so i ordered one but when it came it was not the one i ordered it was not soft but it was firm so when i told them they lied to me by saying it was the one i ordered and that it would get softener but it has not and they refused to do anything and would not listen to me and kept telling me it was my fault not there's so if you want to be lied to and conned and blame you not them that's fine so keep away and do not use them

Great shop! Purchased a new double bed from Belfast beds. Very happy with the service recieved when ordering and it was delivered within the 14 days as specified.
