Dont get me wrong to treat hair Kamila is okay, but had the worst experience with her at my last appointment paid for a balayage (brown into caramel) which despite my hair condition she told me she could do hence her doing it! 8 hours later and 4 separate dyes i Left with ginger hair and a burnt scalp and forehead - I had no choice but to leave as my children needed collecting - she then arranged an appointment to fix this and cancelled with 45mins to spare, Id already dropped my disabled son, so then Ive wasted time and petrol to say she is unreliable and bad at colours is an understatement!
