I had an awful lip filler experience here & was given a refund and told as far as they were concerned the situation was sorted. Let me tell you why it isnt. Aesthetically messing up someones face is not like returning a broken dress. The client has then got to go to an actual medical professional to have them dissolved and in time refilled. They also have to deal with an unacceptable result and the impact it has on ones confidence. And the cost of that The practitioner lacked customer service skills : did not discuss what product he used (which differed from what his website claims)nor did he open it in front of me as they should,nor did he discuss anything with me ,it was rough rushed impersonal.. the results? Filler migration, bulges, unevenness,unaesthetic.. The owner was unprofessional made a comment to my partner and left us both speechless I encourage everyone to make a better choice and research , go to a practitioner who is medically qualified and can/will solve complications or issues if it they arise and not just refund you and send you away. Also a professional will take the time to understand what you want,explain the process, ask if you have questions, ask about your own health history, explain potential complications and risks and so on none of which Mr Jamie did. Spending less here can cost you so much more I leave a star because its mandatory but Id leave none of it possible

I have attended the ND Beauty Academy twice now once for beautiful new eyebrows & my latest trip was for lip fillers! I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Staff are friendly & informative & their work is just incredible!! The Salon itself it beautiful, clean and relaxing. Thank you Nicolla & Jamie!!!
