Katherine, Avril and their wonderful team always make me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I recently had my baby son and he came along with me (and didn't stay asleep!) so Katherine adapted my treatment to enabled me to breastfeed but also continue to feel relaxed and be pampered. They were also flexible in changing my appointment when I had to cancel at short notice due to my eldest son being unwell. I can't wait to go back for another treatment soon. Service: Massage

Had 2 massages with Heather and she was very professional and asked how much pressure I like as I do like my massages very firm. Very good and felt very relaxed.The whole place is lovely.Will definitely come again .

The new salon is in a nice area & decorated well but the makeshift waiting room needs improvement. As does their customer service skills. I've known Avril since she worked out of A&L clinics. There's been a few minor issues previously but this last visit is the final strike. The frequent issues with their online bookings are irritating. There was a mix up & I was expected to input my details into their tablet to prove I was a customer! Told my name several times to H & gave my email address to help find me (infront of another customer). Upon inputting my details as requested, I saw a red box with some negative comments. Because Id rescheduled a couple of times when chronically unwell, it said high cancellation rate. Hardly fair when Id kept them informed of my health problems & paid close attention to their cancellation policy. Giving several days notice, over the specified 24 hour minimum. It's a mother & daughter management team (odd codependent relationship). I dealt with both A & K in this complaint. Neither managers were understanding. Lack of professionalism, indiscretion & frosty communication. Lack of accountability for the issues raised in my complaint make me want to avoid this clinic. Service: Massage
