        Very poor - which is a shame because the Town Centre staff are usually brilliant. Don't use if you're trying to pay your bills in your lunch break (was there for 40mins for something that took 5-10mins tops), staff were rude and kinda snotty. And the lady that served me messed up my payments by releasing them all the same day (over 1k out of my bank), instead of staggering the payments as I'd requested.... Poor poor show. Go to the Town Centre Natwest, or pick a different bank; will not be going back there....

        The bank is not very good they close ur bank down when there is money in there and wont transfer the money over to you
