Santander

As they dont open until 09.30 not very user friendly for businesses. 09.00 this morning one ATM out of order, the other the contactless card / wifi system doesnt appear to work.

I do most of my banking by smartphone, although this is my local $antander branch should I need its supposedly High Street services. However, I just cannot believe how many occasions I've attempted to use their on-site, 2 outside ATMs, only to find that at least one of them is OUT OF ORDER, or both are set to the pathetic LIMIT: 20

I have banked there for several years,branch staff helpful in tedious covid times.Promptly reinbursed my wife for fraud on her credit card

I took my elderly disabled Dad into the town just to sort out his account and other issues he was having, so I went into the branch ( Carr st Ipswich) with the hope of sitting down with someone and sorting everything out and ask a few question about his account, only to find the branch was only half open with two people at the cashier counter and no one there to assist, So I went to the cashier counter only to be told to go online and sort the account out via the website. So Santander will be losing my dads account as I then went to another different Bank where there were real people willing to talk to us and help. Absolutely appalled at the service with Santander. What are elderly people without laptops or computers supposed to do if they need help like my Dad did.
