        I have used the branch a number of times lately and both counters have been manned. No queues at all and friendly. The internal deposit machine is not used that often but is used. Two cash machine outside which seem to be more reliable than in the past.

        slow, opening times are a joke with most banks never open when your most likely to be free i.e morning after work. HSBC is known for being slow and rarely having two cashiers on at the same time. HSCB needs to rid of all the automated machines in there that no one uses and make more cashier kiosks.
