Visiting Woodbridge today we discovered we hadnt any cash for the car park. I left my husband at the car and called into Lloyds bank to ask for 5 in change for the meter. The lady asked if I had an account with them and when I said I didnt she said she couldnt help despite me explaining why I needed it. She could not have been more dismissive and unhelpful and ought to be ashamed. A local cafe on the other hand emptied their tips jar as they work on a card only basis. Thats the difference between great service and appalling service. Lloyds - read and learn.

I have had several experiences with rudeness and terrible service with this bank. So much so that im contemplating moving banking elsewhere. Today; I wanted to pay some money in, and had walked my dog into town. A member of staff was outside assisting a lady and I asked her if she could kindly keep an eye on my dog whilst I nipped in. She said flat out said no, even though she was outside the entire time!!! Ive also had experiences with a male member of staff, one time I watched him run outside to scream at someone who had parked their car near to the bank. Puffed out chest, walking around like a peacock. Customer service - none. Opening times - rubbish. Friendly staff - probably a few, but they are sadly drowned out by the rude, or downright arrogant members that Lloyds have employed.

I was in there yesterday and a man working there displayed a level of arrogance and rudeness that was shocking. To a member of the team who he told to move here car despite people queuing to see her and to a gentleman that had been waiting to see him - who was told to make an appointment. That chap left saying he was busy too! He interupted another person speaking to a customer, I didn't hear what that was about. Whoever he was he needed to be reminded that the purpose of the bank was to serve us - the customers. If he was the manager it is no wonder that he can't be bothered to tell customers of different opening times.
